Anita M. D’Amico has been assisting clients throughout Chester County for over ten years. Prior to founding D’Amico Law, PC, Anita was a partner at Rigler & D’Amico, LLC, where she practiced for many years alongside Earl Rigler. Along with being a member of the Pennsylvania bar, Anita is admitted to practice in the United States District Court in the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. Anita is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association and the Chester County Bar Association.
Jessica Socienski is an attorney at D’Amico Law, PC and focuses her practice primarily on family law and estate planning. She is a confident, knowledgeable and empathetic attorney who helps her clients traverse complicated legal issues related to a variety of family law matters such as divorce and equitable distribution, child custody, support and protection from abuse matters.
Jessica received her Bachelor of Science degree from Cabrini College, and her law Degree from Widener University School of Law Delaware. Jessica is also a certified divorce and custody mediator, and serves as a court appointed custody mediator for the Chester County Family Court.
Jessica is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
Nicole Rossi is an attorney at D’Amico Law who focuses on DUI, Personal Injury, Family Law, Real Estate, Landlord-Tenant, Minor Criminal Matters, Estate Planning, Business Matters, and Mediation. Nicole is also a court-appointed custody mediator. Nicole received her Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Delaware, and her Juris Doctor from Rutgers School of Law-Camden.
